charming ambiance but noise might be a concern
The ambiance of the hotel is charming, with its historical architecture catching the eye. the room was spacious and well equipped, making our stay very comfortable.
The noise from the underground trains was somewhat noticeable at times.

The club exudes a charming historic elegance, combining modern decor and comfort, although the room lacked a window which was somewhat disappointing. The ambiance is soothing, and the service was mostly pleasant, though the reception staff varied in helpfulness. a unique experience worth considering for its character.

Cozy stay with a lovely vibe
Just stayed one night and really loved the place. The building is gorgeous, and the bed felt like clouds! Shower was fab, and the towels were super soft. Only bummer was the bar area closed a bit early for my taste. a nice spot to unwind.

What a delightful stay! The room was a snug haven with a bed that felt like a fluffy cloud. Decor was chic, and the shower room? Absolutely modern and spotless!
Sadly, no windows in my room—felt a tad like a bat! But I suppose I should appreciate the air conditioning instead.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway
The breakfast was delightful, I mean, there's nothing like waking up to a fresh cooked meal, right? And it was just a short walk to the tube station, which made getting around so much easier.
It wasn’t cheap, but you know what? It was still acceptable.

I enjoyed my stay with personalized service and a welcoming atmosphere, despite the historical ambiance catering more to men. The Standard Single Room was cozy, and I appreciated the on-site dining options, particularly the hearty breakfast. Future guests should try the local dishes!

Compact single room, giving it a cozy feel. 24-hour reception provides a sense of security in the area.
Limited dining options for dinner on weekends, with nearby cafes closed, so expect to eat out before returning. The rate felt steep for such a snug room, given the city's prices, which might not be ideal for everyone.

A gem of a stay with modern comforts
I recently spent two nights in a beautifully renovated double room, which featured a luxurious walk-in shower and a relaxing bathtub. The added touches like chilled water and fancy biscuits replenished daily were delightful. The atmosphere of the old gentleman's club combined with modern amenities made for a perfect stay. a more varied breakfast menu would have been appreciated.
